Location: Bay St. Louis, Mississippi
Scope of Work: ADA renovations and improvements – project includes demolition and reconstruction of interior restrooms required for ADA compliance. Additionally, repairs and finish painting of damaged interior plaster, patching and stain block priming, texturing, finishing and painting wall and ceiling surfaces to match adjacent surfaces. Exterior work includes painting of all exterior surfaces and installation of new automatic door opener at the platform side accessible entrance.
Bay St. Louis Senior Citizens Center

Location: Bay St. Louis, Mississippi
Scope of Work: Hurricane Zeta Repairs – Removal and replacement of existing asphalt shingle roof over hipped roof sections of the building. This system included both a new self-adhered membrane waterproofing along with new matching shingles and related roofing accessories for a complete installation. The interior repairs included lighting replacement, sheetrock repair and/or replacement along with stain block priming, texturing and painting ceiling surfaces to match adjacent surfaces.
