Scope of Work: Hurricane Zeta Repairs – The scope on this project included the removal and replacement of existing asphalt shingle roof over hipped roof sections of the building. This system included both a new self-adhered membrane waterproofing along with new matching shingles and related roofing accessories for a complete installation. The interior repairs included light fixture replacement, sheetrock repair and/or replacement along with stain block priming, texturing and painting ceiling surfaces to match adjacent surfaces.
