Dedeaux Storm Shelter

Scope of Work: This project consisted of providing repair and replacement of existing waterproofing coatings and materials, replacement of upper clerestory windows, interior finish patch/repairs, site modifications, new stud walls around the mechanical mezzanine platform and other mechanical modifications to the existing Hancock County Dedeaux Storm Shelter.
Hancock County Arena
Project Type: Repair
Location: Kiln, MS
Phase I Scope of Work: Repairing/replacing deteriorated and missing components of the existing pre-engineered metal buildings at the Hancock County Multi-Purpose Arena. The scope of work associated with the deteriorated components includes repair/replace bottom section of columns and remove/replace defective roof purlins, wall girts and trim. The work also includes replacing damaged or missing downspouts. New work includes construction of 1,100SYD concrete slab.
Phase II Scope of Work: Continued repairs on this project include removal and replacement of remaining downspouts, all gutters and trim of the Arena and the addition of gutters and downspouts to the Barn and Breezeway structures. Coating underside of arena roof panel seams and paint of all red building components on the Arena, Barn and Breezeway were also completed.
