Scope of Work: The project involves furnishing and installation of Sika Sarnafil Roof System on existing 31,000SF warehouse. New roof curbs and skylights will be installed and deteriorated wall girts and base angle replaced. Structural repairs to be completed to deteriorated and structurally deficient column base plate and anchor bolts and 12″ PVC rain gutter installed.
