Construction Manager

Construction Manager will oversee all aspects of construction project(s), from initial planning and budgeting to completion, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications by coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, monitoring quality, and resolving any issues that arise on site, while collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to meet project goals; they are responsible for maintaining compliance with building codes and safety regulations throughout the construction process.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Personnel management experience required
  • Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Excellent computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office Products
  • Extensive knowledge of industry practices, procedures and market trends

Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum of (5) five years of verifiable experience in similar position. Experience in all types of commercial construction management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
  • Professional certifications like Certified Construction Manager (CCM) can be advantageous
